Alegria & Company, P.S., located in Yakima, WA, provides full-service financial accounting services for all sizes of closely held businesses, non-profit organizations and associations. We are a firm of over twenty five professionals and staff. Algeria & Company was established in 1947 by James B Shrader (1919-1990) in the days of manual accounting with a pencil and notepad. Even though it’s now thriving in the era of the Internet and sophisticated software, the core belief has not changed: Build trusting and lasting relationships with clients.

We provide "full-service"​ financial accounting services, including compilations, reviews, and audits of financial statements for all sizes of closely held businesses, non-profit organizations and associations. Our tax-related services go beyond preparation of tax returns, to include assistance with recognizing, understanding and analyzing income, estate, and compensation planning obstacles and opportunities.  

In the area of computer technology, we help clients select and install appropriate accounting software systems and controls.  

We also offer business valuation services (frequently used for estate and gift tax planning, sale transactions, buy-sell arrangements and marital dissolution situations) as well as litigation support, quality review services for other CPA firms, and general business advisory services.
