The original Firm was formed on August 1, 1985 by Phil H. Alday and Timothy M. Wright.  The firm is located in a historic building at 1009 N. Patterson St.  The firm employed an original staff of 10 and serviced approximately 400 clients.  On October 1, 1986, Ronald F. Giles joined the firm through a merger increasing the total staff to 14 persons, while servicing approximately 700 clients.  Since then our building has doubled in size and our firm services approximately 1,000 clients.
