Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a design company. We help clients with layouts of their homes, as well as create 3D designs for custom cabinetry.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alcinder Tech, and what were your goals?

I have various problems with my website, as it has been around for awhile, but for the new launch of our company's products I just needed some smart solutions and fast. I wanted an app integrated for people to be able to book a free consultation and purchase our packages online.

How did you select Alcinder Tech and what were the deciding factors?

I wanted a vendor who would deliver with high value and on time. They were able to identify the exact issues and suggest really smart ways to get the job done and fast.

We had a back and forth over email to identity the issues, the developer did testing and then had a feedback loop for me to see if it was what I wanted. There was also then a time for me to ask questions and get trained on the app.

The main project manager was the only one I was in contact with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the addition of my free consultation app I had my first book and SALE from that consultation in less than 10days from when we went live.

The project manager has extremely fast reply time which gives such confidence that they are moving the project along behind the scenes and he gave lots of updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge of all the different solutions helps because they take the pressure off of you to analyze the best.
