Scope of work was to do full frontend and backend development of a platform which can be used by workers in low network area to communicate with their team in case of emergency. Also to thoroughly test all of it by a Senior QA. The key deliverables included a fully functional platform which could also properly communicate with the hardwares and satellite and send emergency messages.

We could know that there is good progress because:

• There were timely updates given
• All the deliverables were demonstrated and explained over calls
• All our feedbacks were given priority and were worked upon within couple of weeks.

A lot of testing of the different funcltionalities of the apps using dummy content on the vendor's server at each milestone. High level milestones including the completion of the following stages.

There were regular /recurring catch ups scheduled to go over progress and any pending issues and delivery of milestones was always on time. The project manager on the job, Nancy Dhruv, was an an instrumental conduit throughout the process between the development team and myself, she was always happy to offer workable solutions and could explain concepts in a way that a non technical personal could understand. It also helped that my needs were well understood before hand and the vendor had experience on developing similar platforms in the past.

Users could login to the mobile app and view their assigned tasks and also change its status. Even creating and assigning training to staff member is one of the key feature of the app.

These services include, but are not limited to, the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the specified software application(s). Prior to the commencement of development, the Service Provider will conduct thorough research to identify the most suitable tools, infrastructure, and architectural frameworks necessary for the successful completion of the project. This will include: Evaluating various development tools and technologies to determine those that best align with the project’s requirements and goals. Assessing different infrastructure options, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Designing an optimal software architecture that ensures robustness, maintainability, and future scalability of the application. Any services or tasks that fall outside the original scope as described in the project scope document will require a separate agreement or an amendment to this SLA. This includes additional features, modifications, or enhancements not initially specified. The Service Provider is responsible for keeping the Client informed about the progress of the project, including any findings or decisions related to the selection of tools, infrastructure, and architecture. Ways of Working Scope Submission: Marking.ai will provide Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd with a comprehensive and detailed project scope for each sprint. This item will outline all necessary requirements, specifications, and expectations for a sprint. Scope Review and Estimation: Upon receipt of the project scope, Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd will conduct a thorough review and subsequently provide an estimation of the time required for completion, along with a detailed monetary quote for the entire project. A time breakdown report should be provided to Marking.ai prior to agreeing on the time and cost estimate, as outline in Section 7. Agreement and Initial Payment: Marking.ai agrees to the time and cost estimates provided by Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd. Following this agreement, Marking.ai will remit an upfront payment amounting to the specified fee in the payment terms. Project Execution and Delivery: Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd commits to completing the outlined work within the agreed-upon time frame. It is understood that Marking.ai is not liable for any additional costs incurred due to the service provider exceeding the original time estimate. Quality Assurance Review: Upon delivery, Marking.ai will evaluate the completed work against a pre-agreed quality assurance framework. Should any discrepancies or misalignments with the original scope be identified, the work will be returned to Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd for necessary adjustments. Amendments and Re-submission: Albiorix Technology Pvt. Ltd is responsible for making all required amendments in line with feedback provided by Marking.ai. Work was scoped in an Agile way that meant we sent user stories and acceptance criteria which were estimated by the service provider. Once both parties agreedon the estimation, the work was delivered. The main metric for success was the successful development of each acceptance criteria item, as measured by our internal team. Once all accpetance criteria was passed, that marked the end of the sprint's work.

Verbal communication on live calls could have been better. It would have been nice to get to know the individuals better. Sometimes work was handed back with bugs that could have been tested internally before handing over. This meant that we had to do vigorous testing.

We have iOS app but many of our customers and business partner's were asking for Android app. We were searching vendors and tried 2 different vendors previously but none of them were able to even understand the concept and their delivery was very poor but Team at Albiorix understood the concept, gave feedback on architecture, database design for mobile app, improvements on APIs for mobile. 

They had constant collaboration with our designer for mobile app design improvements for modern looking app and best & easy to use UX. We have very stable app now and they are now developing new Artificial intelligence features

Our Android app is far more stable then our iOS app, best user experience and great feedback from users and our partners. It is helping us to reach more users and explore new business audience.

We manage our project using Atlassian with a scrum agile methodology. The sprint reviews and retrospectives have demonstrated a great deal of progress and success.

They are EXCELLENT at delivering tasks and stories on time. We have daily check-ins and both developers are very responsive to our needs. Given the fact that our primary communication is virtual, this communication is critical to our success.

We have been very satisfied with their work. Lately the ticket workload has increased drastically and they have done a great job at keeping up with the pace. That said, it will help to include a little more unit testing. But again, this is difficult to do with such short sprints.
