I'm one of the founders of our website which focuses on Lifestyle and Remedies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Masstige Solutions, LLC, and what were your goals?

The problem with our website was an old design and slower speed. We have more than a million page views each month and we couldn't afford to lose potential visitors due to obsolete design and slower speed. So we hired Masstige Solutions and they build a modern website with quick loading time.

How did you select Masstige Solutions, LLC and what were the deciding factors?

While many firms assured us that they are going to build us a website exactly the way we want, Alex at Masstige Solutions was the one we felt connected to. He explained everything and gave us multiple options to choose from. The best thing was mockup. They gave us five different mockups and we ended up choosing sections from those mockups, getting a unique website.

Alex setup two meetings with us. One was to discuss our requirements while the other one was for suggestions. They shared the Pros and cons of using certain technologies. However, we were familiar with WordPress and chose the same for our new website. First they shared mockups and once we approved, they went straight to development. Within a month, we had our new website in our hands. Then they scheduled multiple calls to guide us through website features.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Alex was our main contact who handled pretty much everything. He was efficient and we really didn't have to connect to developers. He did a good job at explaining what we want to his developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With lesser loading time and a modern design, users stopped complaining. We saw around 30% increase in daily visitors.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Alex was efficient in managing the project and we had weekly call over Zoom. The initial timeline given by them was two months however they completed the project within 40 days.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did exactly what we had imagined. The best thing was Alex's communication. Since we are not technically sound, his way of explaining technical stuff was really impressive. Plus, he was professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing to my knowledge. They were always a call away. If we ran into any issues, they would quickly help us out.
