This company operates under the guise of a professional consultancy but functions like a fraudulent racket.

We initially engaged Al Merak Tax Consultant for tax services. During the process, after casually mentioning our need for website and Zoho development, they opportunistically pushed us into signing contracts for these non-core services. Their performance was disastrous and confirmed their complete lack of expertise.

🔴 Their Modus Operandi: Upfront Payment Binding

They insist on advance payments for every task, then either fail to deliver or deliberately create low-quality work to demand more money later.

1️⃣ The Zoho Creator Scam – 4 Months of Total Failure

After full payment, they failed to deliver anything usable for over four months. Calls were ignored, promises were fake, and our internal schedules were disrupted. Recovering even the initial payment turned into a stressful, time-draining struggle.

2️⃣ The Website Fraud – Amateur Work + Extortion

The website they delivered was unprofessional, filled with bugs, and clearly developed without proper skills. When we highlighted their mistakes, they refused to respond unless we paid additional exorbitant fees to fix problems they themselves created.

📌 Pattern of Behavior:

Dumping calls and ignoring client communication.

Making false promises and delaying endlessly.

Using unethical tactics to extract more money after every step.
