I'm the founder and CTO of a digital company focused on mobile app development

After many years of experience in Europe we decide to open a company in Spain and for that reason we choose AKcion

What we were looking for was a full managed accounting services, to focus our energy on our business.

We decide to establish our team in a big co-working that have connections with many professional, including Akcion

First, we met them to discuss the situation, the objectives, and the purpose of our company. They give us a lot of advice about finance optimization and cash flow management, helping with reports and statements. We're still working with them now, to handle our taxes and payroll.

We have a flat that covers all the needs that a company like ours can involve.

What was the team composition?

We work for a professional for each area: labor, fiscal, optimization and taxes, and legal.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We appreciate how well they handle our taxes and the special attention to the payrolls, that are really important.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The onboarding process was well-organized. Our account manager is easy to reach and provides frequent updates. We use email and our internal cloud system for sharing documents safely. For our quarterly meetings, they come to our office to go over the information and discuss our business goals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The staff is very experienced and available at at any time needed. They're professional, get work done correctly, and help us make informed financial decisions. Also they are really patience with us that are learning the Spanish accounting world.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Improve the scheduling of tasks that involves the customers.
