Aineo LLC took on the full setup of our CRM system, starting with connecting all of our lead sources — Meta and TikTok forms, WhatsApp, and our website — into one centralized platform. They organized our contacts into a clear Leads and Prospects structure so our admissions team always knows who to follow up with and when. Key deliverables included: automated SMS follow-up sequences for new leads and prospects, appointment reminder automations for admissions visits, and messaging workflows triggered when a lead is converted to a prospect by our team. They also handled full SMS carrier compliance registration so our text messaging is verified and reliable. Beyond the CRM build, Aineo is developing our website and landing pages, and is helping us plan the next phase of the project: AI-powered call automation to support inbound inquiries and follow-up at scale as our lead volume grows.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now register more than 100 leads per day across all our channels, and every one of them is contacted instantly instead of waiting hours or days for a staff member to respond. The continuous automated follow-up sequences mean that no lead goes silent — if a prospect doesn't reply, the system keeps nurturing them automatically. Since implementing this system, we've seen a 30% increase in student enrollments across our programs.
