Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder of Translean, my agency that provides various solutions in the fitness industry. Example: Exercise coaching and planning. Diet coaching and planning. Rehabilitation coaching and planning.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Aimtech, and what were your goals?

We as service providers in the fitness industry, we've been using different software to plan and track the progress of our clients. Back in 2017, we decided to design our software. And now with our collaboration with AimTech, we are looking forward to having our MVP by the end of August and we'll keep the development going on.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched and interviewed many developing companies and even created some wireframes with other teams. But the product development department of AimTech made the best of our ideas by dedicating so much time to understand our purpose and helping us to understand the logic of developing technology. And the price they asked to get involved for a long-term commitment was reasonable.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We met several times and discussed the possibility of developing unique software to serve our objectives. In June 2020 we started the development phase and we've been working on short milestones and moving forward.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We established a good relation with the founder/CEO and the head of the product development team. Now we have good communication with the project manager of our product and even the developers themselves.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've been using our own software internally with our community of clients somewhere between three to six months. We are looking forward to summing up some functionalities and for it to be available for public use in 2 or 3 months from now.

We are always in good communication with every member of the team. And the project itself is being tracked on "Trello" and it's going very smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They spent so much time understanding the purpose of the project. They even dedicated time to learn fitness in order to get the most out of our ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything in life has room for improvement, but I believe these guys are giving their best and learning from any mistake.

aimtech is developing tikbe app . IOS and Android platforms.

to make Tikbe world wide app. I'm sure we will succeed with Aimtech .

They have a professional team, and they're finishing every task without any problems.

Already start the test phase. We are testing և we have an iOS platform which is going very well.

What was the team composition?

• 1 Senior AWS back-end engineer
• 1 Senior iOS engineer
• 1 Project Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We already have a high-quality IOS platform that works great. We will soon start Android which will also be of excellent quality.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I had an excellent experience with aimtech. I am personally very satisfied with the quality of tikbe project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

When I saw the Aimtech team, I had a very positive feeling that they know their work on a professional level that was why I chose Aimtech.

They’ll do a fantastic job at a much more reasonable cost than a lot of other companies.
