Their proactive and high-performing nature resulted in a progressive and long-term partnership. Aimers (formerly Teamedia) was open to new ideas and communicated well throughout the engagement, and internal stakeholders were impressed with the vendor's proactive approach.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a Firm partner. We represent and help owners with their property insurance claims. Currently, our licensed adjusters can assist property owners with damage in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey, and many other states.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Teamedia?
We hired Teamedia to build an advertising strategy; build, launch and optimize the campaigns. They provide lead generation for us. It’s pretty challenging to generate leads all over the US. Many people are unaware that services like ours exist and what we do. The right messaging in ads is the key.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We were looking for experts in PPC who would be very professional, responsible, creative, and have some great case studies; Teamedia has vast knowledge and experience with the platforms we wanted to run campaigns on.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We hired Teamedia to lead our PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. First, the team has prepared a list of fixes, revised the existing campaigns, and prepared a PPC strategy. The team has prepared and launched lots of campaigns for different directions of our work and many regions. Teamedia has been improving the stats continuously since the first month of our work, which has resulted in profitable ads. The team has increased the number of leads and decreased their cost. Due to the specifics of our business, there is sometimes a need for urgent preparation and launch of campaigns for large budgets. Teamedia always copes with this perfectly.
What was the team composition?
Approximately 4 people are working on the project. The account manager is responsible for communicating and delivering the project’s details to us; the PPC specialist is responsible for implementing the PPC strategy and launching the campaigns, and other people are responsible for different work directions. I really like that I don't need to contact many people - the account manager is my point of contact. She constantly updates me on the project's news, activities, insights, provides weekly reports and answers all my questions.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been working with Teamedia for almost 3 years and are happy with the results. They were able to develop a logical campaign system, generate leads for us, decrease the CPL, and effectively control the budget. This all has resulted in profitable ads.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team is very proactive. They are constantly working to improve their results; they do not stop at what they have achieved. What I really like is that they are open to new ideas and always respond quickly, and communication is smooth. The team is very responsible. Whenever I ask a question, I always get detailed answers full of details and statistics. They always followed the deadlines and delivered the results on time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are very hard-working! The output and commitment have remained unchanged since the beginning of our cooperation in the three years we have worked with Teamedia; we have been repeatedly convinced of their professionalism. They seem to have become an important part of our team.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Nothing major.

An influencer marketing company engaged with Aimers (formerly Teamedia) for their SEO, PPC, and Google Ads services. They also provide additional keyword research and ad campaign management.
While there are currently no statistics to share, the client has been satisfied with the growth and structure that Aimers (formerly Teamedia) has provided their organization. They're particularly impressed with the team's proactive and receptive approach to project management.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a software company in the field of influencer marketing called influData. We analyze profiles from Instagram and Tik Tok to provide the statistics and KPIs to brands and agencies.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Teamedia?
We didn’t have an in-house marketing team to work with, so we decided to outsource our need for PPC and Google Ads services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Prior to me joining the team, we had to share some images and had the designer in our team prepare some banners for the app. They collaborated on the project, but we provided the visual materials, as well as the text for the logo.
After that, they would do some keyword searches on their own and then share the results with us. We’ll then go through that list to review, add, or remove some keywords. Once that’s finalized, they would prepare the ads for launch and they’ll give us instructions on how to track the campaigns.
What is the team composition?
Our primary point of contact is an account manager, but there are about five people involved in our shared channel in Slack.
How did you come to work with Teamedia?
They were hired before I joined the company, but what makes them the right people for this project is their communication. We’re an Austrian company and they’re based in Belarus so there is no difference in communication, language-wise.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership was established in March 2021, and it’s still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
At the moment, we don’t have any metrics to track, but so far, we’ve been happy with the results they’ve provided us — even though this product undertook quite a lot of changes. There was a period where we couldn’t structure our processes very well, and a time when we couldn’t pay much attention to the campaigns, but they would always come to us asking for updates and keeping us informed.
Teamedia has the experience and knowledge to suggest the best approaches to our campaigns. They’re also proactive, responsive, and they really try to understand our product so they can market it better.
How did Teamedia perform from a project management standpoint?
Teamedia has always been pushier and more responsive than us — and timewise, they would always fulfill their deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We like that they’re very knowledgeable about the topics, so they always provide us with valuable and relevant information.
Are there any areas they could improve?
So far, we don’t have anything that we would like to change, since they’re very receptive to our feedback.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would suggest that they define their goals right from the beginning. It’s important for the customer to know their goals so they can already have an idea of how the app could look like. Provide Teamedia with a clear definition of the goals and expectations, and expect their productivity.

Aimers (formerly Teamedia) handles paid advertising for a SaaS company. The team creates and manages PPC campaigns for the client, mainly targeting B2B audiences.
Since partnering with Aimers (formerly Teamedia), the client has already quadrupled their sales opportunities from paid campaigns. The team shows immense commitment to the project, providing regular updates and feedback. Whenever issues arise, they are quick to solve them.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
Orion is the leading voice-first, intelligent platform that empowers deskless workers by enabling real-time team collaboration, process automation, location mapping, and access to enterprise systems to improve workforce productivity, safety and compliance, and customer engagement. I am a Marketing Manager responsible for digital programs at Orion.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Teamedia?
Unlike most companies seeking partners for running their paid campaigns, Orion needed advertising experts that specialized in hard-to-reach B2B personas as well as deep experience with native social advertising.
What were your goals for this project?
For this engagement, we wanted to ruthlessly experiment to create campaigns that performed and eliminate waste. In search advertising, our buyer is a needle in a haystack — you might have one professional buying our services for their company among a thousand consumers seeking free alternatives. So figuring out how to keep campaigns narrow enough to find only B2B buyers while broad enough to bring in volume every week would be a challenge. If done right, Orion could count on paid campaigns to contribute to our lead volume on a weekly basis.
SOLUTION
How did you select Teamedia?
We interviewed 7 candidates, including freelance consultants and agency teams. The selection process involved the Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Sales Operations, the CEO, and myself. We were looking for: knowledge of B2B SaaS campaigns, experience with the platforms we felt were a priority, and an ability to communicate the value they offer their clients. Teamedia fit all the requirements but they did especially well communicating their value — we could tell their past clients were happy with Teamedia's work.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We originally scoped the project with the goal of generating mid-market and enterprise leads and improve the cost per conversion for our target audiences across 4 ad platforms. Originally we planned on committing to a 3-month engagement with the option to extend long-term. Teamedia's first responsibilities included restructuring our campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and taking over all day-to-day management and weekly reporting.
What was the team composition?
About four people from Teamedia work on our account, and as is common with most agency-style relationships, the team composition can change depending on the work needed.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
In the first 6 months, Teamedia had increased the value of our sales opportunities from paid campaigns by over 60 percent. This was during an economic downturn, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, when we were seeing sales slow down in multiple target sectors. As we've continued our engagement with Teamedia, they've continued to accelerate, and the value of our sales opportunities from paid campaigns has increased by 4X overall.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Teamedia is very good at listening to requests when starting new projects and adjusting course when needed. They grasp requirements quickly and explain their methods succinctly when we have questions. They always offer solutions and come prepared with data to help us resolve issues that naturally come up.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
There are a lot of great things I could say about Teamedia, but one thing I always appreciate is how much insight they bring us about what is working and how they are always experimenting, searching for new options and identifying what's not working.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We always let Teamedia know right away when we think something can be improved, and they always respond well to feedback. I value Teamedia as a partner and enjoy working with all their team members. I'm looking forward to continuing to collaborate with them to build on our success.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am working as a VP- Business Development at a Management Consulting Firm where we help traditional companies take full advantage of the new technological revolution to transform themselves into technology-powered businesses.
Our clients include hundreds of top executives and board directors of Fortune 2000 companies, who are successfully transforming their companies. It’s time now for you to join this revolution.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Teamedia?
We were looking for an outsourced agency as part of our in-house marketing department. Teamedia had a track record of successfully providing high-quality service in strategy development, creation, and optimization of advertising campaigns in search and social networks.
What were your goals for this project?
Explicitly, the goal of the agency was to decrease the qualified lead cost and simultaneously increase the number of quality leads in order to control the budget.
SOLUTION
How did you select Teamedia?
The selection of Teamedia was based on quantitative indicators of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns created by the agency in search and social networks. And compared to other agencies participating in the selection process, Teamedia has shown the best results regarding quality, quantity, and budgetary control.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Based on the marketing strategy for each product and taking into account the goals, audience requirements, graphic design, financial data, and other specific information, Teamedia has created ad campaigns on the networks from scratch. Further, based on their vision and knowledge, Teamedia has optimized and improved companies to achieve goals.
What was the team composition?
We worked closely with Teamedia's CEO and Supervisor along with our Internal Marketing Department. Although apart from them, aren't sure how big the team is helping our projects at the backend.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
From the initial, we are happy with the progress we've made with Teamedia. They have successfully increased conversions and dramatically improved lead quality. They are cost-effective and quality-based providers along with a great understanding of lead flow for each corporate.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We are easily in touch with Teamedia through a dedicated channel at SLAC. The project curator from Teamedia answers our questions within 10-15 minutes. Weekly rallies are held in the format of video conferencing. There was not a single case of interruption or cancellation of the meeting due to the fault of Teamedia.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Teamedia has delivered real results for our business. The team is knowledgeable, has a strategic vision, understands our challenges, and offers convincing solutions. Their communication skills and flexibility are highly valued.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is no limit to development for any organization, but I do not undertake to answer that Teamedia should or can improve at the present time. The guys work very professionally.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Comm100, a software company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. We offer AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement solutions to business and organizations around the globe.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Teamedia?
We hired Teamedia to manage our PPC campaigns. We used to do it in-house. But that person left the company. For the best cost-effectiveness, we decided to outsource PPC to an expert or agency.
What were your goals for this project?
We want to improve the ROI of our PPC campaigns.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We evaluated several ad agencies, letting them audit our ad account and submit proposals. We were impressed by Teamedia’s customer story and the detailed audit they did on our Google ad account. And they were super responsive and easy to communicate with.
Describe the project in detail.
Managing PPC is a long term project with continuous efforts. We tell them our budget and the products/offers we want to advertise. They build out the plans for our review. Once plans are approved, they will execute the campaigns. Images and landing pages are provided by us.
They keep monitoring the campaigns, identify areas for improvement and suggest new ideas. They provide weekly reports and we have bi-weekly review meetings.
What was the team composition?
Teamedia's team has 4 people working for us. Daily communication goes to the account manager. There is one person responsible for the overall PPC strategy and another two people helping with the execution.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
So far, we are happy with the progress we've made with Teamedia. The most successful project is the freemium project, where we tried display ads (non-remarketing) for the first time and got decent results. The CPL is way lower than our previous campaigns. We tried a lot of different combinations of audiences and placements. What we learned from the project can be reused in our future projects.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Teamedia's team is very easy to work with. They are super responsive and have been very clear in communication. We have never had any misunderstanding. We chat on Skype from time to time. They may not respond right away, but they will always provide a detailed, well thought answer in 24 hours.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They work really hard on our account. They listen to us and try to deliver what we expected. Sometimes, if we think differently, they also try their best to prove their ideas with data or facts. They are also proactive, suggesting changes and new ideas frequently.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We need to find ways to generate more enterprise leads with PPC.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the vice president of a company that handles medical travel and tourism. We have people who go to places all over the world for a combination of different procedures. We have three different brands, including TaqTik Health, which is focused on fertility, oncology, and orthopedics.
Gorgeous Getaways has been going since 2004, and is focused on cosmetic surgery, bariatrics, and aesthetics. We also have a marketplace, which is a bit of a combination of the two brands. Clients can use it to look up pricing online and make inquiries.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Teamedia?
They handle global lead generation for us. The challenge was the breadth of what we do. We need to generate leads all over the world, and that’s very difficult to do across very specific areas.
The other difficulty is that we’re dealing with three brands, all at various stages. We’ve had a very mature, organic site since 2004, with a good domain authority. Then, we had a brand created in 2016, which had very little organic strength and needed a lot of paid search applied to it.
We had a third brand which was even newer and started around 2019. That had absolutely nothing in terms of established presence
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Right away, they went out of their way. We’ve got a complicated setup, with HubSpot marketing automation, and Salesforce, which is a big beast in itself, dealing with thousands of leads all the time. It’s basically a global patient navigation system that we built ourselves. Not only did they have to do lead generation, but also figure out how our system worked.
They had to understand the conversions and where they were converting. We also have AI bots across three brands. They went out of their way to do things outside of just what I’d have expected. They were actually consultants.
We put a lot of paid traffic onto TaqTik.com because it was weak organically, and we had to grow it. As of this year, I told them to take that paid traffic and throw it to Gorgeous Getaways. There’s a lot of complexity when dealing with people traveling all over the world for medical reasons. This is what Teamedia brought to the table. Recently, I asked them to add Facebook and LinkedIn into the scope. It’s a continual evolution.
What is the team composition?
There might be 3–5 people behind the scenes. I usually work through a central coordinator, whom I send everything to. She pulls in her internal resources, whoever those are. There are different skill sets required for different things, so I couldn’t provide an exact number. It could be 20 people.
They find the right resource within their own bench, for whatever I need. They don’t make it difficult for me to go outside of their realm. I usually go to Teamedia first for advice on different things.
How did you come to work with Teamedia?
I was looking for someone that really talked to me like they knew what they were doing. Lead generation can be very hit or miss, and it’s very difficult to know the skillset of someone until we actually put them to practice.
I looked at their ratings and how much they’d already billed with other clients. I knew what Teamedia’s revenue and reviews were, but we can’t take too many chances with lead generation, because we’re paying money right away. I dealt with Yuri (Founder, Teamedia), who asked me to let them prove what they could do.
How much have you invested with them?
We’re up to around $25,000 per month in spend with them, including our ad spend.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Teamedia in August 2019, and the project is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality is excellent. They bring in consistently good-quality leads, and they’re extremely clever. They have a very wide technology skillset. Even though their core is lead generation, they have a broad awareness of multiple technologies, and that’s a real strength for any company. We can do all the lead gen in the world, but, if it’s not coming into the CRM system, then there’s no point.
They have to do this globally, which is a lot different from doing it locally. We’ve got lots of campaigns in different regions. We’re segmented by US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. We do a lot of partner marketing, and we market for hospitals as well.
We get leads that we give to hospitals, which is a different beast. I can tell Teamedia that we’ve just signed up with the largest hospital group in Europe, with 47 hospitals, and we need a campaign for fertility. There’s a lot in that, but they can do it. They’ve done some brand-new, geographic-based campaigns for specific treatment categories.
How did Teamedia perform from a project management standpoint?
I do all sales and marketing, and I have meetings every week with my team. I get a report every Tuesday morning, for all the meetings happening that afternoon, with my team from all over the world. Teamedia is excellent at project management. We have to chase people sometimes, but those reports are on time every time. We have a web-based business, so it’s highly dependent on leads, and I trust them to get done what needs to be done.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re incredibly responsive, technology-savvy and with a broad skillset, and extremely professional. In this world, where lead generators are a dime a dozen, having a professional, responsive, technologically-aware, punctual team is important.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wish we’d get 1,000 more leads, but it’s just not possible. Teamedia meets and exceeds targets.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
It’s important to talk about your business with them. Even before we signed up with Teamedia, I spent about an hour with Yuri and just talked about the business. He actually asked for that, which was great. He really wanted to understand the business.
My advice to anyone looking to engage with them is to give as much information about how their business works and what they’re looking for to help them do their work.

Aimers (formerly Teamedia) provides ongoing Google Ads support for a restaurant reservation system. They revamped existing campaigns and keywords and currently manage the efforts.
The updated, strengthened advertising efforts have led to higher quality leads and a lower cost per lead (CPL) for the business. Aimers' (formerly Teamedia's) expertise made the process of taking over existing campaigns a smooth one. Their communication skills and flexibility are highly valued.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of sales and marketing for Hostme. We’re a restaurant table management and reservation system for restaurant owners.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Teamedia?
We were having a lot of issues with our Google Ads efforts. Our results from other freelancers weren’t great, so we hired Teamedia to support us.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Teamedia analyzed the existing campaigns we had in place and began building new campaigns to replace those. They used the keywords we had in place from those efforts. Currently, our entire Google Ads budget is in their hands and they’re running those campaigns.
What is the team composition?
We have one point of contact, Yuri (Founder, Teamedia), but I’m not sure how many people are working in the background.
How did you come to work with Teamedia?
A different company we work with referred us to Teamedia. We really trusted their recommendation so we chose them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent close to $21,000 and we pay them on a monthly basis.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2018 and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work has really increased the quality of the leads we’re receiving, which was a major issue for us before working with them. Our conversation rate is much higher with these campaigns. Our CPL is much lower now, too. Our cost per lead (CPL) used to be around $150, but now it’s closer to $50, so they drastically reduced that cost for us.
How did Teamedia perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything has been very seamless—they jumped right on board. We gave them access to our Google accounts and they ran with it. They send me biweekly emails with snapshots of the results and their progress. They’re really good at communicating, so I get responses to my emails within a few hours from Yuri. It’s been very easy to work with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We recently had a change in our budget, but they were really accommodating and made everything easy. Even though they’re far away, it doesn’t feel different from working with a vendor close by in another state. We’ve had a good experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I do wish they offered Facebook Ads, but they’re really focused on Google Ads. Since I’m looking to increase the budget on those efforts, it’d be good if they could support those efforts, too.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ask a lot of questions to understand how they’re running the campaign and be involved. By reviewing their work, it’ll help increase the quality of the leads.
