Directly, with me from first session to delivery. Client work runs remotely over video, with in-person sessions in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, if you'd rather work face-to-face. Scope is agreed in writing before work begins, so nothing gets built, and nothing gets billed, that you haven't approved.

Every engagement starts with the PRISM Diagnostic: a 60-minute session, USD $350, paid when you book. You tell me what's going on, I go underneath it, and you leave knowing which of the five PRISM layers is the problem and what to do about it first. Commission an Audit, Architecture, or Project within 60 days and the $350 is credited towards that engagement.

Work runs in sequence, and each engagement includes the one before it. The Infrastructure Audit diagnoses all five PRISM layers and produces a prioritised fix list, delivered within 48 hours. The Infrastructure Architecture designs the solution; I aim for two to three weeks. The Infrastructure Project builds it in six to twelve weeks, depending on scope. Each phase is scoped and approved before work begins.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) optimises for Google's ranking algorithm: links, keywords, page authority, click-through rate. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) optimises for AI citation: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude can find, parse, attribute, and recommend a business when someone asks a relevant question. The technical requirements diverge significantly. AI crawlers don't execute JavaScript. Entity schema matters in ways it never did for traditional SEO. Off-site validation is evaluated differently. And the outcome is different: SEO produces rankings, while AEO produces recommendations. PRISM is an AEO framework, though it builds on the same technical foundations that good SEO has always required.

I work with founders and operators of established businesses, typically 2 to 10 people. They've already built something real and are invisible in the places buyers now look, not because the business is weak but because the infrastructure underneath it is.
