Our Story

Founded by brothers Carlos and Jose David Germosen, AI Prodigy brings the engineering standards of large technology teams to small and mid-sized businesses. We build software you can depend on and fully own: secure, documented, and handed over with complete access. We use automation and AI where they measurably improve an outcome, and say so plainly when they wouldn’t.

Clients: BerryWell Institute, Kress Memorial Church, Willow Estates, and Compassionate Care Sanctuary.

What Sets Us Apart

Free audits

Our team reviews up to three of your public pages for speed, mobile, search basics, contact paths, accessibility, and loading issues. Then we email you up to five priorities to fix. Just share your site, email, and an optional goal. No call required and no obligation to buy.

You own what we build

Before work begins, your statement of work spells out ownership, account access, documentation, and handoff. When the project is done, everything we built is yours. It’s documented and handed over with complete access to your accounts.

No upfront cost

You pay nothing until the statement of work is signed and your project starts. Before then, we offer a free audit and a free 15-minute consultation, so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs.

Commonly Asked Questions

We keep onboarding simple, and you don’t pay anything until you approve the work in writing. Free consultation: A 15-minute call about your goals, current tools, and biggest challenge. We can also do a free website audit. Agree on a starting point: Together, we decide what to review, what we need from you, and what you’ll receive. A clear proposal: We put the scope, timeline, price, and ownership terms in a statement of work. You pay nothing until it’s signed. Build, launch, and support: You see progress along the way. We launch, train your team, hand everything over with full access, and keep it running. To get started, share the problem you want solved, the tools you use, and your website if you have one.

Launch isn’t the end of the project. We stay on to keep what we built running smoothly. Training. We show your team how to use and update everything. Monthly maintenance plan. For a monthly fee, we handle monitoring, updates, backups, and support. Improvements. As your business grows, we can add features or automate more of your work. Since you own everything we build, you also have full access and documentation if you ever want to manage it yourselves.

We work with small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofits on: Custom software. Web applications and platforms, from internal tools to customer-facing products. Websites. Sites that keep themselves current by pulling content from the tools you already use. Automation. Connecting your systems so your team spends less time on repetitive work. Applied AI. Assistants, translation, and content workflows, used where they measurably improve an outcome. Website care. Monthly maintenance, updates, backups, and support. Projects range from a single website build to multi-part platforms like BerryWell Institute. Not sure where to start? Our free website audit or free 15-minute consultation is a good first step.
