The goal was to have a neat looking website.

Initially they did not understand what I wanted but once they understood the work was pretty smooth.

They successfully created the website for me. It helped us to meet face to face once in a while to take account of what is and what is not.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very responsive and they were actually available all 7 days a week esp Shyam

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Shyam did not show his frustrations to the many demands I put. The team was patient and responsive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could be more communicative on informing about the status of work and if there are delays inform. That helps the client to not get restless.
