How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been looking to work with a reliable and affordable software provider that is more hands-on than previous agencies we have worked with. We came across Agile Tribe at a conference in London, began discussing our current situation and the rest is history.

The project is ongoing which means the scope changes on a weekly basis, however, the structure is very consistent. We have a sprint meeting on a Monday morning, define features that are business critical and Agile Tribe deliver these a week later.

Due to our current development requirements we only have a small team consisting of a project manager, a front-end and back-end engineer and a designer.

Agile Tribe delivers each week which is vital for us to plan and prioritise our development needs.
