They built me ​​a website for the clothing brand Shop and I was completely satisfied with the result. They took care of everything from the design to the product structure, the deadlines were met, and the communication was impeccable throughout the entire process. It loads quickly, works perfectly on mobile, and they continue to be available for whatever I need. I highly recommend them!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main result was that orders increased significantly after the launch. Equally important, however, was that the entire order flow became automatic: the customer receives confirmation and updates by email at every step, so they don’t have to call us to ask “where is my order?” This drastically reduced the number of questions we received and brought peace of mind to both customers and us. Orders are shipped on time because the process is now organized and not based on manual steps. AGENTHS took over all the technical implementation and kept to the schedule, while remaining available after delivery for minor corrections.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The collaboration went smoothly from start to finish. The project was delivered within the agreed upon schedule, within the month we had set, without any delays or excuses. Communication was immediate throughout; whenever I had a question or requested a change, I received a response quickly and with a solution, not with evasions. They were truly available and willing to help with anything I needed, even small things outside the original plan. Overall, a very organized and pleasant collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out to me most was that they didn't treat the project as a simple website delivery. They were interested in understanding how the business works in practice and proposed solutions that solved problems that I hadn't even thought to ask for, such as automating customer updates. I also appreciated that they spoke simply, without technical jargon that would confuse me, and that they remained available even after the project was completed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AGENTHS could have done differently?

I don't have anything substantial to point out. All I would say is that in some places it would have been helpful to have even more detailed information about what comes next in the next stage, so that I would know in advance what will be required of me. It's a small thing, but it didn't affect the result.
