We build it, then we try to break it.

Why Agech Somebody is doing the work by hand. A team re-keying invoices from one system into another, a manager chasing status over WhatsApp, a process running on a spreadsheet that three people maintain and nobody fully trusts. It works, in the sense that the business has not stopped. But it is quietly consuming a role's worth of hours every week, and it breaks the moment the person who understands it takes leave. That is the real cost of most of the systems we are asked to replace. Not licence fees or server bills, but hours. Hours nobody bills for, spent doing something a machine should have been doing for years. Then the systems meant to fix it arrive with a second problem. Software built fast and never tested properly is one broken access-control check away from showing one customer another customer's data. At that point the tool has not given anyone their time back. It has taken more of it, along with money and trust. Both problems have the same root: nobody owned the outcome end to end. The build was handed off, the security review was somebody else's line item, and the people who understood the system were gone by the time it mattered. That is why Agech exists, and it is where the name comes from: agency and tech. The accountability of a partner who stays on the work, with the engineering depth to actually build and defend the thing rather than subcontract it. One senior team owning the architecture, the build, the deployment, and the testing that proves it holds. Every project is measured the same way. How many hours did this hand back, and are they still being handed back a year later. How we work You talk directly to the engineer building your system. No account layer between you and the work, and the person on the first call is still there at handover. Security review is part of delivery, not a separate purchase. The engineers who built your authentication flow are the ones probing it, so findings come back with context instead of a link to a ge
