What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Before engaging Afrisyntech Solutions, we relied primarily on phone calls to handle customer inquiries. The volume of incoming calls frequently exceeded what we could manage, resulting in missed calls, busy lines, and potential customers being unable to get through. We had no online presence through which customers could browse products or place orders independently.Since the launch of the custom e-commerce website and its integrated systems, we’ve seen clear and tangible improvements across two key areas.
Customer Inquiries
Online inquiries began coming in immediately after the launch. Customers who previously couldn’t reach us due to busy phone lines can now visit the website, browse the full product catalog, and get instant answers to their product questions through the AI chatbot — without any manual involvement from our team. The shift from phone-dependent communication to an always-available online platform has directly addressed the accessibility problem we were experiencing.
Operational Efficiency
The n8n automation has effectively eliminated the manual work that previously accompanied every order. Order notifications are now sent automatically via WhatsApp and email, and customer follow-ups are handled without any staff involvement. Tasks that previously required manual effort for every single transaction are now fully automated, freeing our team to focus on other areas of our business.Together, these outcomes represent a meaningful shift — from a business that was difficult to reach and manually operated to one with a professional digital presence and automated workflows running in the background.While we’re still in the early stages of the post-launch period, the numbers observed so far reflect a meaningful improvement across all three areas.

Before the website launch, we were missing approximately 10 calls per day due to busy lines and limited staff capacity to answer simultaneously. Since launching the e-commerce platform with the integrated AI chatbot, those inquiries are now handled automatically online — meaning customers who previously couldn’t get through now receive instant responses without any staff involvement.
Online Orders
We’re now receiving online orders weekly. Before the website existed, there was no mechanism for customers to place orders independently — every transaction required a phone call. The shift to an online ordering system has opened a new revenue channel that didn’t previously exist.

Perhaps the most significant operational gain has been the time recovered through n8n automation. We were previously spending close to a full working day each week manually sending order notifications and customer follow-up emails. That work is now handled entirely automatically, freeing up staff time for higher-value tasks.Additionally, the chatbot is friendly and answers questions almost correctly.
