I own an online training business providing potential clients who are interested to open or start their own businesses, giving advise and training on how to startup a small retail business

For creating a set of training video (35) rendering education and know how to startup a small business and prosper for high profit and turnover

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I did a lot of research on google and this company vame out with very high and impressive reviews. Contacted the company and had a 2 hour free consultation with Ben. At the end of the consultation I knew this was the way forward.

The videos were like interviews with various people and our instructors. also 1 hour long training courses on about 13 different videos

The outcome was great just what we wanted exceeded our expectations

I'm impressed by how they listen and act to our demands.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

not yet since the program has not been launched yet...Hopefully in a few weeks the launching will take place. The platform is still in the process of being built.

Ben and I became close and are able to work easily via email, phone calls and texts. He is very prompt and deliver. We had a few miscommunications and misunderstanding, but we always revolved it beautifully and gracefully.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism and Ben's human qualities are amazing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall the videos came out beautiful except for maybe one. We also had to redo two of them but one of the microphone broke on the set. Practicing mindful;ness with the details would be extremely helpful.
