Afore Studio

Your business should support your life, not consume it.

Afore Studio is an operations and automation consultancy for founder-led businesses. I help founders find where they're losing time, then build the operational engine that gives it back: automated workflows, connected systems, and AI tools that actually get used.

Problems I solve

• Everything runs through the founder, with decisions and approvals stuck in one inbox
• Repetitive manual work that could be automated
• Disconnected tools held together by the person in the middle
• Processes that live in someone's head, not on paper
• Slow employee onboarding
• Software and AI subscriptions sitting idle because no system was built around them

How I work

1. Find it. I map where the time goes, where things break down, and what's being done manually that shouldn't be, so we know exactly what to fix first.
2. Build it. I build the systems, set up the automations, configure the tools and write the documentation. The work that sits on the to-do list for months. Done.
3. Make it stick. I don't hand over a report and disappear. I make sure it works, your team can use it, and the business keeps improving as it grows.

Who it's for
Founders whose business has outgrown informal systems, who are the bottleneck for day-to-day operations, and who know it needs to change but don't have the time or headspace to build it.
