We are creating white label solutions for craftsmen. These include simple forms for their customers to provide necessary information for product planning. As well as tools to track and automize projects and quotes. I am the technical product manager for the main product.

We had and have lots of legacy tools and services. These needed to be reworked, while also keeping the production environment stable. We chose to work with Aexol not only because of the nice people and the great communication skills, but also because of their flexibility.

We have to handle so many projects, partners and customers that focus needs to shift quite urgently in some cases. Aexol offered us a flexible model to handle these challenges the best way we could have imagined.

We interviewed lots of agencies. After talking to Artur and Pawel (our lead developer from Aexol) the decision came very fast. They were smart, friendly, honest, and they really know their stuff ...to only tell a few of the deciding factors.

We created a customer tool using react and a node.js backend. Aexol supported us (almost) from the start. We are working together like an in-house team, while still having much more flexibility.

Specifically this means that we had to put the project on hold for a while. Aexol put the developers instantly into an other project to save us the costs.

Besides looking better, our tool reduced the initial loading from about five seconds to less than one.

We needed to develop an invoicing tool on mobile very quickly and Aexol did it in a record time and without aside the quality. Our clients are always impressed with how fast our mobile app is evolving

Communication is very easy, we are a slack channel in commun and in addition to that we have a weekly meeting to discuss the project more in details. We also have a shared Github so that our support team can share them tickets when bugs are detected.

They are very reactive. When bugs are detected, Aexol always does their best to fix it as soon as possible. Sometimes we also had to change our schedule or wanted to introduce a new feature quickly and they always found solution to make it possible (an additional developer to work on the project for example).

We wanted to develop a mobile app compatible with both iOS and Android. The app was built to be the "companion" of a visitors and exhibitors on a tradeshow. It allows visitor to chat with other visitors, have information about the tradeshow, see the exhibitors. It allows exhibitors to scan visitors badges for lead generation, qualify leads. The app is in constant evolution to provide more to our users.

Iterative React Native application development, we provide pitches (specifications) and a GraphQL API and Aexol work on the pitches. Every 8 weeks we provide a new batch of pitches we want to work on, open a basecamp project and the project start. Every week we do a call to make sure everything goes in the right direction

It depends when. At the beginning 2 React Native developers and one project manager. Now the iterations are smaller than the initial release so 1 react native developer and one project manager. We also worked with a iOS developers (swift) for a new app we are launching.

The app is used by our customers and some of them ask for white-labeled version of it.

We're really impressed with their availability. We sometimes talk to them about a new iteration a week before and they are available to work with us on our schedule. Communication is always fluid as well.

I really liked the communication process with the developers, they were sharing each step of their work, open, and communicative. That was insanely helpful! Very big THANKS to Damian and Jędrek for the hard work and dedication. I was extremely satisfied with the code quality!

After founding any bugs during the tests I've shared them with the team and everything was fixed within 1-2 days, and we were able to release everything to production very fast.

After the first few months, the application was downloaded more than 100 000 times on 2 platforms. The application increased sales of our client's main product by 30%, upselling of other products by 2.5 times and the efficiency of our client's loyalty program by 70%.

We proceed with a technical call to discuss tech stuff in detail and after that Aexol prepared a fixed proce project estimation and we got a green light from the client to move forward with the development.Main project's goal was to publish existing web application into the Play Market and App Store. Aexol created a React Native wrapper which allowed to achieve this goal.

We're pleased with the deliverables from their team as they demonstrated deep knowledge of app's functionality and project scope itself as well as advised the client on the best solution to approach some user flows. The client has been satisfied with the final result as the apps have been accepted at stores. The client noted high professionalism as well as great communication skills of the whole team.

Their team and the client had regular meetings to update on the project progress and share the results of what has been done so far. All team members were easy to communicate with and always eager to explain if something was not clear.

As Aexol team has done such projects before they were able to advise the client on possible ways to overcome faced challenges as well as paid attention to some web app's bottlenecks. As a result, the client was able to improve existing web application.

Besides daily calls with the team, we were using Trello and Slack for communication about specific tasks and problems that have appeared from time to time. In general, there were no issues with communicating with the Aexol team.

I appreciate the team's patience when initial plans for certain tasks changed during implementation. With clearly defined tasks, each developer knew exactly what to do and if there were any doubts on their side then they did not hesitate to ask additional questions and share suggestions.
