I'm an executive at Advantagy, an event and wedding rental venue.

What challenge were you trying to address with Advantagy?

We needed help launching a new website and local SEO to drive leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Advantagy helped us design and launch our website using a simple Google platform, which costs nothing to maintain. The most important part was their assistance in setting up our local SEO work, including GBP optimization, building local citations, and helping us gather reviews. We also built out our overall marketing plan together, which helped prioritize the activities we should be engaged in to have the highest chance of getting more leads.

We found them through a referral. I knew some of the staff.

There was a high degree of trust, and they had flexible options that suited our budget. We needed something effective without overspending, and they delivered.

We worked together from September 2024–June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're entirely booked up for 2025 because of Advantagy's work. That's 25 weddings and over $150,000 in revenue. The ROI is unbelievable.

How did Advantagy perform from a project management standpoint?

Advantagy's project management was excellent. They delivered on time and responded well to our needs. We were the ones slowing them down, but they were patient with us and got everything done in a timely manner. The team was very responsive and went above and beyond. They were competent and took care of us. We communicated via email and calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Advantagy's willingness to go above and beyond was impressive. They even helped us go through our pictures and find the ones that were a great fit for the site. Putting the marketing plan together was huge.
