Our website had been hacked after months of neglect and being unable to log in to the back end. We called AWD and explained the situation, and they came back to me with an action plan to remove the bad code from the website and move its files over to their web hosting servers.

I provided them with access to our current setup, and that was all they needed to get everything up and running on their servers within hours! Now I just pay them a monthly subscription for them to completely look after everything, no more stress! We haven't had any security issues with the website since.

AWD built us a new website from the ground up. The main goal was to host our capability statement online and they made it into a beautiful sleek web page. This has dramatically increased our leads, which honestly at first we weren't trying to do but it is a good problem to have!
They offer amazing ongoing support and content updates as we need them, and it doesn't break the bank either.

Overall we are extremely satisfied with the service we get from the AWD team and we will need your support for the forseeable future!

We wanted to build an interactive version of our capability statement for compliance purposes. AWD delivered what we wanted and then some.

Our website brings in heaps of new leads, which we hadn't anticipated.

It's also handy to get a monthly report of how many users we'd had and their behaviour.

We had a few virtual consultations and were able to browse a development demo at intervals throughout the build process. They listened to our input and also advised us on why things should be a certain way. We listened and are definitely seeing the fruits of this now.

The team always deliver on or before the agreed date, and are easy to get hold of in the meantime.

Their attention to detail honestly surprised me, and you can see from the results that experience speaks for itself. It is something the not technically minded folks like me can rely on and know i am in safe hands.

Honestly, there’s not much I’d say they could improve. They really covered all the bases and delivered exactly what we needed. If I had to pick something, maybe a bit more guidance on how to update small things on the site ourselves would’ve been helpful. But, to be fair, they’ve always been quick to respond whenever we’ve needed help, so it’s not really been a problem. Overall, i think they did a top-notch job.
