We hired ADSWORM to run our paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads for Perfect 5 Clinic. We operate 11 branches across India (Delhi NCR, Noida, Indirapuram, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur) and needed a performance marketing partner who understood the aesthetic and dermatology space, not just generic e-commerce playbooks.
After working with two agencies before them, we shortlisted ADSWORM and have been with them since. Scope of work delivered:
- Full Meta Ads management across Facebook and Instagram — campaign structure, ad set segmentation by branch and treatment vertical (laser hair removal, skin, hair, anti-aging), and budget allocation across 11 locations

When we started Perfect 5 Clinic, our vision was clear — to build India's most trusted skin, hair, and laser clinic chain. But like most healthcare businesses in the early stage, we trusted multiple digital marketing agencies who came in with big promises. Guaranteed leads, scaling commitments, ROI projections that looked impressive on paper. The reality was completely different. We burned a significant amount of our ad budget across three different agencies before we found ADSWORM. The leads we were getting earlier were cheap on the dashboard but useless on the ground — wrong city, wrong intent, unanswered calls, zero footfall conversion. They have mentioned a reporting portal is in development, so this is likely getting addressed soon. Other than that, no real complaints. The team has been consistent, responsive, and accountable throughout.
