What challenge were you trying to address with Ads Bender?

I needed a website to let people know about my school. Previously, people learned about it through word-of-mouth.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I asked Ads Bender to help me create a vision for my website. I had my logo and an idea of what I wanted, but I was new in the market and didn’t know how to create a website. They designed a WordPress website and advised me on what kind of information should be on the site. They divided the site into a few sections.

When I started writing content for my blog, they guided me on what I should focus on, such as writing a post that readers could consume quickly. They said it was good to have frequency. When I wrote my first blog post, they analyzed it and provided detailed feedback, such as that it was too long. I also asked for feedback on my second blog post, and it was better. Now, I’m preparing to write a third one, and I’ll probably ask them for more feedback. Now I know what to do and what to focus on. They also help me with blog keywords.

I asked some friends for recommendations. One of them recommended me to Ads Bender. It was easy discussing everything with them.

We started working together in April 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m really happy with Ads Bender’s work. I’m a demanding person, and if I don’t like something, I say so. They meet my expectations. When I’ve shown the website to clients, they’ve all said it’s really nice and clear. The site is exactly how I wanted it to be. The quality is top-notch, and everything works. I can’t say anything bad about it.

The last time I spoke with Ads Bender, I asked about Google Analytics. They showed me how to check how many visitors my site has had and where they’ve come from. They also told me that I appear in Google searches, which was nice to hear.

How did Ads Bender perform from a project management standpoint?

Deadlines have been met perfectly. We usually set meetings in advance, but if I really want something, I can call or text. They’ve really taken care of my project. They gave me a lot of options to choose from when designing the site. I’ve had many questions, and they’ve been ready to help. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The person we work with is quite young, but his head is full of ideas. He always comes up with something new, or he knows how to reach the end customers. I’ve really learned a lot from him. He’s always developing his skills and looking for new solutions. He goes to trainings, and he’s creative and effective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Prepare everything at the beginning. Stick to all of the details before starting the project so that the work is clear and can be easygoing.
