  • The store should present all the items that we sell. 
• Payment gateway integration stripe and Klarna:
  • Upon checkout presentation of recommended item list. 
• Database development and invoice handling/editing before checking out:
  • Invoices saved as per German Finance department guidelines. 
• Whatsapp business api based catalouge development:
  • Whatsapp based add to cart functionality.
  • Redirecting with API the order generated from whatsapp to checkout process in Web.
  • During Checkout process invoice editing and saving. 
  • The invoice should be saved in secure database as described according to Germany Finance department guidelines.

1. Sprint Cycles with well defined BLIs. 
2. All BLI were delievered on sprints as promised. 
3. Detail presentation before closing all sprints. 
4. Project is still on going so we have a strong believe that their professionalism will continue.

• Items are delivered on time. 
• They take Agile Scrum approach. 
• Plan the sprint and all deliverables are communicated to us before start of sprint in sprint start meeting. 
• A detail presentation of deliverables before end of sprint. 
• Very professinal attitude. 
• Normal queries are answered with in 3 to 4 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are small company but everybody in the company is very professional. As our project is still on-going we have developed a real trust in them. They brief you everything in very easy language and do not over explain to confuse you with technical jargons. 
Their budget is a little on high side but value for money as the professionalism they are showing to us we believe what they ask for is very realistic. They do not promise anything which they cannot deliver. We are thinking about asking them for project extension for their state-of-art AI Chatbot.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adroit Tech could have done differently?

We believe although there is nothing that we would complain about, but still they are new company and in social media management they can get more professionals and influencers to promote our business, but from development and digital marketing perspective perfect choice for anyone.
