Our request was a mobile application for Android and iOS which shows places in a map after user registration. For this purpose a database had to be built with users and welcoming places. Additionaly "card" to be displayed after user upload the evidence document within the app. There was a need for basic reporting requirements

Deliver landing page with static information and possibility to apply for the programme. Launch of the application for Android and iOS.

It was a pleasure working with them. We scheduled many meetings to gather our requirements and discuss the design and the process flow. All of our emails were answered in a short time so we are really satisfied with the company

Adroit Group has a team of open-minded individuals who always had good suggestions for when we were stuck. Testing phase was really good all of the defects were fixed in a week so we could laucnh the application.

Adroit Group supplied us with key personnel to develop our WebApp. They played a primary role in the development team, contributing to all phases of the SDLC including direct work with our product team to identify and refine requirements. They were required to deliver fully functional code as well as associated testing and documentation.

The outcomes for Adroit were primarily measured in the achievement of Sprint goal deliverables - and the product metrics which showed feature adoption and / or usage.

Adroit team members delivered high quality work on time - and they did so consistently! Their developers become reliable team contributors that met the delivery goals but also assisted the team through pairing, code reviews and messaging to achieve higher performance.

Adroit's general attitude toward working with us was one of true partnership with bi-lateral trust providing the framework for a successful relationship. Their team members were technically excellent - assessed as highly skilled in the tech stack but also through their wider contributions to team processes and culture. It always felt like Adroit's primary motivator was to help us achieve success, and they provided the talent - in knowledge and character - to do that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adroit Group could have done differently?

There were some administrative hiccups early on that we had to iron out so tidying up that area would make certain transactions easier. But they were equally open to addressing these issues and we quickly adopted ways of working which both improved and stabilised which helps us all longer-term.

The project covered the development of a locational intelligence platform from initial mvp/pilot versions to a production-level version. The project included several iterations, and dynamic and agile development reflecting the changes in the product roadmap. The project required specific skills in geospatial data, and strong collaboration with the internal data science team.

When working with the (non-engineer) data science team, at the beginning there were communication difficulties. Next time probably better to put engineers and non-engineer science folks on the same page ealier (eg a quick work shop).

In addition to the microsite back-end tasks of a prize game, the hosting service was also a task. you have to vote for your favorite product out of the 3 for this, we ask for the player's data as a minimum: Based on this, you can irrevocably vote for a product with an email address. When voting, we store the player's data and when they vote for which one. Based on this, we drew the winners.

We operated on a web-based infrastructure but 90% of our users used our services on mobile devices. We decided to migrate all our service to mobile platforms. That included developing an application for the clients and for car washing our employees as well.

To accomodate this, we needed to rething and upgrade our back-office systems as well which we kept as a web-app. The goal was to increase revenues and the frequency of orders with the new platforms which was more than successful. We were able to reach 44% growth in the first month with the new features.

They were very responsive during the project and tried to adapt when we needed to change some requirements or the environment changed during the development. There was a little delay in delivery, but all in all, I'd consider it as a great experience.

They are very flexible. As a startup we needed to change quite a few things during the development. And not just about the development scope. We changed the team, we changed some designs, the payment terms. Everything was very easy. Also, they are responsible for their mistakes. If anything goes wrong, there is always a quick solution.

Project timelines were getting pretty messy after some time. This is quite natural because it was a long, ongoing development with a lot of changes, and conquering projects, but it could have been handled better on both sides in my opinion.
