What we call the goal, the claim we make as we change over time, the self we try to realize becomes. When we set out in 2001, we said “for real development and transformation”. We are committed to being on the side of both individuals and institutions, and realizing their claims. We started with ourselves; with an endless love of learning and experience, we chose to develop and share what we have developed. We were honored and encouraged to see what we shared.
As Adisa; As we continue with structuring projects in the fields of Employee Management and Experience, Leadership and Personal Development, Organization and Culture, Market and Growth, and Data Analytics, we have had sixty years of experience with our consultants and trainers, who have strong knowledge and experience in many fields from engineering to industrial psychology. We reached nearly a thousand people.
In recent years, we have been following closely that technology offers many solutions in the field of education and development and we use it in our applications. And we know that our claim is common in the development journey; “real development” and to reach “real transformation” with the effect of this development.
