I'm the founder of Eight Petals, a European-inspired floral studio rooted in Hungarian heritage. We create customized, artful flower designs for gifts and events under the direction of a master florist who brings over 20 years of experience to every arrangement.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADEVS?

We needed help designing and developing our website to build our brand's digital presence and create a smooth online experience where customers could easily explore our work, place inquiries, and connect with our floral studio.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the new website with ADEVS, we saw a clear increase in customer inquiries through the site and social media referrals to the website. Our online presence became much more professional, which helped build trust with new customers. We also noticed better engagement on mobile, fewer customer questions about basic information, and smoother communication overall. Most importantly, the website started generating consistent leads, which directly supported our business growth and visibility in the local market.

Within the first three months after the launch, our website inquiries increased by roughly 40%–45% compared to before. About 60% of new customer contacts now come directly through the website, whereas previously, most came only from word of mouth and social media messages. We also saw a noticeable jump in mobile users, with mobile traffic making up about 70% of total visits. These numbers clearly showed us that the new site was actively contributing to real business growth.

We also saw a positive impact on both bookings and revenue after the website went live. ADEVS’ work resulted in a faster checkout flow, reduced manual errors, real-time inventory accuracy across stores, improved reporting visibility, and a noticeable increase in operational efficiency and order processing speed. We saw roughly a 35% reduction in checkout time, about a 40% drop in manual order errors, real-time inventory sync across 100% of active stores, and daily reporting time reduced from hours to minutes. These improvements directly contributed to higher order throughput, improved customer satisfaction at the counter, fewer billing disputes, and a steady increase in repeat customers and overall sales performance.
