I’m the CEO of All Noor Inc., an e-commerce company. Our mission is to be the leading Islamic seller online, providing customers with the widest choice, great value, and expert advice from a team passionate about Islamic products.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADEVS?

We needed help designing, developing, and deploying a custom POS and back-office management system to streamline operations, improve reporting accuracy, and support multi-store scalability.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ADEVS handled the full scope of our e-commerce project, including UI/UX design, custom web and mobile development, payment gateway integration, admin dashboard, inventory management, and end-to-end deployment with ongoing support. The team was most involved in building the core POS and e-commerce architecture, including the ordering system, payment processing, inventory and product management, admin dashboards, reporting modules, and multi-store user management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ADEVS’ work resulted in a faster checkout flow, reduced manual errors, real-time inventory accuracy across stores, improved reporting visibility, and a noticeable increase in operational efficiency and order processing speed. We saw roughly a 35% reduction in checkout time, about a 40% drop in manual order errors, real-time inventory sync across 100% of active stores, and daily reporting time reduced from hours to minutes. These improvements directly contributed to higher order throughput, improved customer satisfaction at the counter, fewer billing disputes, and a steady increase in repeat customers and overall sales performance.

How did ADEVS perform from a project management standpoint?

ADEVS maintained clear communication, structured reporting, and consistent follow-ups. They delivered all major milestones on time despite a few scope expansions along the way. We primarily communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most about ADEVS was their deep technical ownership, fast response to issues, and their ability to think like a business partner rather than just a development vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Earlier involvement in final-stage user training and documentation could have made the rollout even smoother, but overall, their delivery and support were strong.
