AdBetter has been supporting us with the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for Porta Rai, a large-scale luxury real estate development in Montenegro. Their scope includes paid media strategy and management across Google and Meta, campaign planning, audience targeting, creative testing, landing page optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking and ongoing performance analysis. A particularly important part of the work has been their focus on lead quality rather than simply lead volume. They have worked closely with our CRM and sales feedback, helping us build a stronger feedback loop between marketing and sales, assess lead quality more accurately, and move towards campaign optimization based on commercial intent rather than CPL alone. They have also supported us with messaging development, testing different investment propositions and creative angles across multiple international and regional markets, while continuously refining campaigns based on performance data. Overall, the key deliverables have included campaign setup and management, media optimization, landing page and funnel recommendations, creative and messaging testing, lead-quality analysis, CRM integration and reporting, as well as ongoing strategic recommendations on how to improve performance across the full customer journey.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lead quality transformed: previously most enquiries were unqualified, now over 30% of leads qualify as sales opportunities. Cost per qualified lead has fallen steadily, and the campaigns have already produced apartment sales with a strong pre-reservation pipeline building behind them.

Their project management has been very strong throughout our collaboration. The team is well organized, responsive and transparent, with clear communication around timelines, priorities and next steps. They have consistently delivered agreed items on time and, whenever priorities or messaging changed on our side, they adapted quickly and handled the changes with a lot of patience and flexibility. This has been especially valuable given the complexity of the project and the number of internal stakeholders involved. They are also very proactive. Rather than simply executing briefs, they regularly challenge ideas, raise potential issues early and suggest improvements based on performance data and their experience. At the same time, they are always open to discussion and very responsive when we need to move quickly. Overall, they have been reliable, easy to work with and very committed to the project, and we have always felt that our needs and business objectives were genuinely understood.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I find most impressive is the combination of strong performance marketing expertise with a very commercial and strategic mindset. AdBetter doesn’t look at campaigns in isolation. They take the time to understand the product, the sales process, the CRM data and the quality of the leads coming through, and then use all of that to shape the media strategy. For us, that has been particularly valuable because success cannot be measured by lead volume or CPL alone. I also really value how willing they are to challenge assumptions and have constructive discussions. They are confident in their recommendations, but never rigid, and they adapt quickly when the business context changes. That combination of technical performance knowledge, commercial understanding and genuine partnership is what makes them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adbetter could have done differently?

There haven’t been any major areas of concern. If I had to highlight one opportunity for improvement, it would simply be to keep pushing even further on proactive strategic recommendations beyond the immediate campaign scope, particularly around the wider customer journey and how paid media insights can inform broader marketing decisions. That said, this is more of an opportunity to build on an already very strong partnership than a criticism. The team has been highly responsive, adaptable, and open to feedback throughout the collaboration.

6x return on ad spend from sales commission on the leads, a sub 5% invalid lead rate, with a steady flow of qualified leads delivered every month.

The quality and consistency of the leads far surpurassed any other company we have used. Our campaign has been running for over 3 years and still produces excellent results with virtually any changes or updates required during this time - a testament to their initial set up and management. About 90% of the leads Adbetter generate are people happy to have a conversation, and the ones I reach are exactly the leads you want. There are leads in there that people would pay a lot of money for, top clients you just wouldn't expect from a paid social lead. The campaign is so good I feel like it will just run forever.
