The project covers the complete development of a mobile application for both iOS and Android, along with a digital marketing campaign to promote the app before, during, and after launch. The development process includes planning the app’s features, researching competitors, designing user-friendly interfaces, building the backend and frontend, testing across devices, and launching the app on app stores. After launch, the app will receive support, bug fixes, and minor updates. On the marketing side, the project includes creating the app’s branding, setting up a landing page for early sign-ups, running teaser campaigns, and preparing press materials. During launch, we’ll manage paid ad campaigns, optimize app store listings, and engage early users through email marketing. Post-launch efforts include managing social media, working with influencers, running in-app engagement campaigns, and tracking performance with analytics tools. Key deliverables include the fully developed mobile app, source code, UI designs, testing reports, app store listings, a complete marketing strategy, visual assets, ad campaign reports, and monthly performance summaries.
