Our project keeps evolving, but at its core is a set of tools that help us with analyzing complex data from different sources in order to take better decisions, and a multi-faceted content tool including competitive analysis, compliance check, and more.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The tools have now started to improve the speed and quality of our work. Complex tasks can now be achieved much easier and faster on a regular basis.

Clear and on-time communication. Taking things seriously.

Their project management was organized and clear. If anything, we could be clearer sometimes!

There was a good amount of thinking outside the box, initiative, and proactive thinking.

Development is complex, especially when touching new, fast-evolving technologies such as AI. They did their best to deliver things on time, but it’s not always possible, and in most cases, that’s okay.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The will to complete projects in the best way possible, no shortcuts.

Also, their task manager is very well documented. Each project is well-spliced into multiple tasks for the different developers. Each being very well defined.

Not much, we all learn and always need and try to improve, but I can’t point out something very specific.

Reveiwed details of system prompts and things that the customer can easily change on their own in natural language that can meaningfully impact the functionality of the product. This would have allowed us to fine-tune the chatbot's outputs sooner.

The product is basically a GPT which is placed on a website that requires login. When logged in, one is able to upload transactional data, tag it, and then to conversate either to create a calculation, table or a visualization.

• The product was developed in a very professoinal manner. 
• The company gave good suggestions on solutions.
• They gave very helpful ideas on design.
