Adaa Digitom started with a full GEO Visibility Audit to understand why Scafa Solutions was not appearing in AI-generated answers when industrial companies in the UAE searched for SCADA systems, industrial automation, and control solutions. The audit scored our presence across six dimensions and identified the exact structural gaps preventing AI engines from recognising and citing us.
Following the audit, they restructured our entity signals, cleaned up the inconsistencies across our digital profiles, and made our services extractable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. They also built an off-site citation strategy targeting the platforms and publications that matter in the industrial and engineering space. In parallel, Adaa Digitom mapped our internal workflows and identified where manual work was creating the most drag.
They deployed AI automations across documentation, project reporting, and routine client communication tasks, reducing the administrative load on our engineering team and allowing them to focus on technical delivery.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Scada Solutions began appearing in AI-generated answers for SCADA and industrial automation queries in the UAE, which was the primary goal we came in with. Our entity signals became consistent across platforms, which the audit showed was a core reason we were being ignored by AI engines.
Engineering team hours spent on documentation and reporting dropped after the automations went live, giving the team more time for technical project work. Overall our digital presence became structured and readable by AI engines in a way it never was before.

Delivery was on time and the process was straightforward. The GEO audit came back within the promised timeframe with a clear breakdown of findings and priorities. The automation scoping was structured and they moved quickly once the workflows were mapped. Communication was direct and responsive.
When we had technical questions they answered in plain language without overcomplicating things, which matters when you are an engineering team that does not want to spend time decoding agency speak. No chasing required on our end.

The GEO audit was specific to our actual services and the queries our buyers use, not a generic report dressed up with our logo. And the automation work was practical, not a showcase of tools. They identified what was actually wasting time and fixed that, nothing more.

A more detailed handover document at the end of the project would have helped. The work was solid but having a clear written summary of everything implemented, the automations, the entity changes, the off-site actions, would make it easier for our internal team to maintain and build on going forward.
