I’m the founder and project manager of an immersive VR, AR, Web3D, and multi-wall visualization solutions company for real estate projects.

What challenge were you trying to address with Acusion?

We needed additional AR/VR development resources for our real estate VR project. Our main goals were to increase our team capacity, speed up development, and deliver a high-quality immersive property visualization experience within the required timeline.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Acusion provided a combined team of VR developers and 3D designers for our real estate visualization project. Their scope included optimizing architectural 3D models, improving materials, lighting, performance, and overall visual quality, and developing the interactive VR experience.

Acusion’s VR and 3D teams worked closely together to integrate the models smoothly, resolve technical issues, and create a realistic and comfortable property walkthrough. They also contributed practical suggestions for navigation, user interaction, scene optimization, and overall experience design.

We found them on Clutch. We chose Acusion because we had heard positive feedback about their strong performance and technical expertise in AR and VR development. Their experience with immersive technologies made them a more suitable partner than the other options we considered.

We worked together from April to July 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We completed the project within the planned timeline, improved VR performance and scene stability, reduced loading and navigation issues, and delivered more realistic 3D environments with better lighting and materials. Acusion’s additional workforce also helped us complete development milestones faster and deliver a smooth, comfortable real estate walkthrough experience to the client.

Although we didn’t conduct formal before-and-after benchmark testing or collect numerical user feedback scores, the client and end users commented that the updated VR experience felt smoother, more realistic, and easier to navigate. They especially appreciated the improved lighting, materials, visual quality, and overall stability of the 3D environments. They also found the walkthrough more comfortable and engaging, which helped them understand the property layout and design more clearly.

How did Acusion perform from a project management standpoint?

Acusion’s project management was well-organized, responsive, and collaborative. They maintained regular communication, shared progress updates, addressed feedback quickly, and coordinated their VR development and 3D design teams effectively. Their team completed the agreed deliverables within the planned timeline and supported us in resolving technical issues without causing major delays. Overall, the project was delivered on time and managed professionally.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Acusion’s ability to combine VR development and 3D design as one coordinated team. Their developers and designers worked closely together, which helped improve both the technical performance and visual realism of the project.

They did more than simply complete assigned tasks. Their team proactively suggested improvements for navigation, interactions, lighting, materials, scene optimization, and user comfort. This collaborative approach helped us create a smoother, more realistic, and engaging real estate VR experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were satisfied with Acusion’s work. One area they could improve is providing more detailed documentation and slightly more frequent progress reports during development. This would make it easier to track technical changes and coordinate tasks between both teams. However, they were responsive whenever we needed clarification, and this didn’t significantly affect the project timeline or final outcome.
