We are trying to change the legal services market in Russia. Right now all the boundaries of job responsibilities are blurred, but I'm closest to what you can call a CEO

For what projects/services did your company hire Acrovations, and what were your goals?

My task is a complex and pretty big legal tech startup. I hire Acrovations to create a mobile application.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This is the second project that I am developing with this team. The first was the Doggybag foodwaste project. I met Konstantin in 2017 at upwork and hired him to solve some Xamarin forms tasks. The level of knowledge was already very good then. The project was launched successfully. Later, when I turned to Konstantin again, I learned that he is now a part and as I can see leader of this team. I can estimate his level of knowlage now as an "expert". Team members, I had communicate, also produce a good opinion with their professional skills. I will continue to work with them and am ready to recommend Acrovations.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We used Microsoft Azure as a backend solution. The frontend is designed with Xamarin to save time.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Four employees participated in the work process at different times.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We still on a run but Im sure that we will be able to share some result soon.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

If you need terminology, then perhaps Scrum will be closest define, but in fact, everything is not so simple and many tasks change during the course of work. The main communication tool is Skype.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is easy to find a common language with them. Their clear communication had a positive effect on our partnership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can only share my experience. Not ready to judge someone and talk about the future or give advice.
