I’m the managing director of Tier One Capital Management LLC. We’re a privately-held company that provides boutique, M&A, transactional services on due diligence in the energy and metals mining space.

They do all my bookkeeping and tax preparation services. In addition to that, they provide a K-1 form that I roll into my personal return; It’s a significant piece of my overall annual tax return. Their team handles payroll, quarterly statements, and tells me when to send my money in for federal and state taxes.
