Improve processes for the Delivery Team to provide delivery information in order to recognize and schedule revenue accurately and timely. Work with the Delivery Team and third party to assess the best way to utilize Monday.com. Schedule, review, and audit revenue to align with the delivery schedule. Reconcile key accounts such as unbilled AR and unscheduled revenue to ensure revenue is accurately booked.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Significant reduction in time for revenue reconciliation. Able to reduce the time from business day 7 to business day 2. Less manual entry and more accurate and timely delivery information from the Delivery team, improved the communication method between Finance and Delivery team, replaced meeting time to organized google sheet to collect information.

Accountful Advising promised to be able to solve my initial needs of outsourcing tactical finance, accounting, A/P, and A/R. I hoped to also receive the leadership insight and coaching that would help me grow my business. Kayla has done all of this and more. I consider Kayla a part of my team and love that I can get more or less support depending on the needs of my business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Accountful Advising took over A/P and A/R to free up 10+ hours per month of my time. Additionally, Kayla invested additional time to help me integrate the rest of my project management and accounting technology stack; the time savings is hard to quantify, rather, I will say that AA has enabled my business to grow.

AA is always on time. Communication is on the mark and proactive. When issues arise, I receive a heads up as soon as they occur; the issues are presented with solutions, too.

I am most impressed by their flexibility. AA meets me where I am and helps me find other expertise when AA doesn't have it. Kayla is a rock star and a wonderfully flexible part of my team.

Accountful Advising has turned our accounting function from our monthly stress into a monthly asset. Although it is hard to prescribe an exact ROI to our engagement, the financial clarity provided by monthly reporting and forecasting has been immeasurable.
