Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Hotel Remsons Crown Hotel. We arrange occasional functions like marriage ceremony, birthday party and so on.

For what projects/services did your company hire AccentX Technologies?

We basically hired the Accentx technologies for branding services like brochure design, flex design and for social media posts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for various designers in my area. But i didn't get the best match for my work. After looking to the proposal sent by the Accentx technologies I got surprised the way they designed the social media posts. They follow the company guidelines in there designs.

The project is all about the branding Designs. I divide this project in various parts. Banner designs for every occasional functions like marriage party, ring ceremony, birthday party and so on. Social media posts for the promotion of our hotel (one post per day).

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, We worked with 2 graphic designers. One is responsible for social posts and the another is for flex designing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After doing work with accentx technologies. My sales were increased by 10 to 15 percent.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The design manager was easy to communicate. The company is using slack for any kind of messages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have worked with the other design agencies in the past. But, this was the great experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to speed up the task. Because speed is also equally responsible as the quality.
