In the initial couple of months, it was all about on-page optimization (used ahref), tracking ga4 analytics, and other website improvements - though this will remain an ongoing activity but initial ramp up was very much required. After this, focus moved to off page optimization - writing high quality targeted blogs and external profile creation along with focus on with content repurpose and distribution.

Acanyon assisted us in improving the messaging on each of the roughly thirty pages that made up our website.  In order for them to evaluate our vision, we first sent them a ton of material and PowerPoint slides.

 After that, Acanyon's services included content creation and recommendations that we were able to put into practice over a few months as small-scale site enhancements.  These recommendations were centered on enhancing our copywriting and organizing material more effectively.

There was a UI/UX audit component to Acanyon's service.  They offered us suggestions for enhancements and comments on the current page structure.  Their team also assisted us in creating our material and offered suggestions for call-to-action buttons as we were putting these changes into practice.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To demonstrate the job we've completed, I typically produce a quarterly report.  I got a lot of positive response when I released the report for the work done with Acanyon.  The technical stack severely restricted what we could accomplish with the website.  Nevertheless, Tendo instantly changed course and assisted us in navigating every page of the website.
