I hired Abstrabit to create an audit tool for my company where users can perform online as well as off-line audits, and sync their information as and when required. The tool has been very useful and reliable for my team. We outsourced other web app development to Abstrabit including product development and other tech support and every time they delivered high-quality results.

Abstrabit successfully created and deployed all of my products, which are being used by my team members. We have worked with many other developers, but these guys are great. Their products are well designed and reliable. They have been very responsive with maintenance requests and changes. Their ideas have been very helpful.

We are a B2B SaaS provider who wanted to take out customer's Support data into our system, so that we could provide insights to our customers on top of that. The project involved setting up an integration to fetch the data for multiple organisations from Freshdesk. The project included fetching full historical data as well as real time data.

Sawan is a great leader who understands technology in depth and came up with great technical solutions to all the problems. He and the team thought about the long term use cases as well, and how would the system shape up in the future rather than just completing the project's current scope.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Abstrabit Technologies could have done differently?

The code could have been little more configurable, but due to the lack of time and the delivery requirements from our end, we were not able to achieve the coding standard expectations.
