Abhyaz was engaged to support MTAB Engineers Pvt Ltd with the implementation and setup of Zoho One to centralize business processes and improve operational efficiency. The scope included understanding our business requirements, configuring the relevant Zoho One applications, setting up employee-related processes and pricing structures, organizing business data, and integrating workflows across the required applications. Abhyaz also provided implementation guidance, configuration support, and assistance during the setup to ensure the system aligned with our operational requirements.

The Zoho One implementation helped MTAB Engineers Pvt Ltd centralize key business operations and improve process efficiency. The project supported 5 users on a unified platform, reduced manual administrative work by approximately 40%, and improved operational visibility by around 50%. The streamlined workflows also reduced repetitive data handling and improved coordination across day-to-day processes, creating a scalable foundation for further automation and process improvements.

Abhyaz team helps us look ahead and consider what we may need in the future and educates us so that we can make the technology stack decisions in a timely manner.
