Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They developed the frontend with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Vue.js (AngularJS 1.6). The team then built the backend on Java and Spring, along with a PostgreSQL database. They also used Unity3D for the mobile app.

What was the team composition?

I interact only with the project manager, who has five teammates working behind the scenes.

The challenge was to create a project management tool called PM to generate reports and improve time management. In context, it assigns tasks to employees and makes their worklist easier to manage.

What were your goals for this engagement?

We needed to improve the performance of organizational functions in the project planning and implementation field. Taking into account the individual clients’ needs, we planned to use the latest tools available on the market.

Aberit Interactive Agency & Software House helped us build a product that generates reports, organizes tasks and indicates the anticipated completion time.  It checks the status of work, provides automatic progress reports, and stores task history.

Our company’s representative was the product owner. All the staff from Aberit Interactive Agency & Software House maintained excellent contact throughout the entire process.

We needed a B2B application to automate business process in collaboration with Wektor Wiedzy partners. The system also automates communication with subcontractors: trainers, printers, coordinators.

We also needed help with the Implementation of an IT system – a B2B application that will enable automation in business processes between the company and strategic business partners. The tool enables settling projects, generating reports, organizing work, accounting for trainings, generating summaries, all in an automatic way.

What were your goals for this project?

At its maximum automation, the product will improve daily work. This will allow the company to generate financial savings and save employees’ time.

I searched the company and decided to work with them after seeing good recommendations from their satisfied clients online.

Their team conducts training that checks work status and progress reports and monitors data validation with full automation of notifications. Additionally, registration for training and automatic training settlement which includes invoice generation, managing partner data, and storing cooperation history.

I had a project manager who was the contact between me and the developers.

Compared to other companies, they produced clean and useful software that saves time. It is user-friendly and simple.
