• Bring runaway lead spend under control and convert more leads without increasing ad budget, using automated follow-ups, review requests, and weekly refund disputes on bad leads.
• Free (organic) leads tripled from 11% to 34% of volume, driven by sub-minute automated responses and post-job review requests. Refund disputes recovered $1,236 in bad-lead fees.
