The scope of the project was to develop a mobile app that linked to various places on our eCommerce sites, as well as, our social media pages. This is the beginning of a much larger application we are using to help our B2B customers link to us and help them manage their fleets. This allows us to see the equipment they are working on the most so we can do a better job with parts availability.

The app gives us another access point for our customers to order parts, schedule service, manage all of their equipment (not just outdoor power).

We used Trello and Google Chat as our primary communication after an initial video conference. I was kept informed every step of the way. My input was responded to in a very timely manner.

The deciding factor for me to select Abbacus Tech was the clear communication that I received from the sales manager and the developer.

Once I selected Abbacus, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first few weeks, we received the first few screen mockups and initial designs for the iOS and Android app.

After a few iterations and discussions with the decision-makers, we finalized the design and provided feedback. Abbacus came back to us with wireframes and concepts for our other sections in the app.

Initially, we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. Additonally, a helpful mobile app developer help the project.
