Abarys Digital is a remote-first ServiceNow consultancy based in Mohammedia, Morocco. We work as a subcontracting partner for IT services firms, system integrators and ServiceNow partners worldwide, delivering senior consultants fully remote under B2B contracts.

ServiceNow is our core expertise, backed by 7+ years of hands-on delivery on enterprise programs:

• ITSM: incident, problem, change and request management, service catalog design
• CSM: customer service portals, case management, agent workspace
• CMDB and CSDM: data model design, discovery, service mapping, governance

Our time zone covers a full working day with Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and our afternoons overlap with the North American morning. Our consultants work in French and English, and our rates sit well below onshore rates in Europe and North America, without the coordination overhead of far-shore delivery.
