AAJ Enterprises is a warehousing service provider for us. There is some ups and down in their service, but AAJ taking the feedback seriously and do the needful to correct it at the earliest possible.

The workflows of both parties are mostly matching. They have implemented many system-based solutions in their workflows which are very effective to help our process.

Very good infrastructure and flexible to implement new procedures as per the existing conditions.

Process driven workflow rather than person dependent
Inform the customers if there is a change of CSM or key account holder is moved
Look at the bigger picture of customers KRA.
