Our point of contact is an Customer Service Manager and there is a team of 10-12 people are working

AAJ Enterprises is a warehousing service provider for us. There is some ups and down in their service, but AAJ taking the feedback seriously and do the needful to correct it at the earliest possible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflows of both parties are mostly matching. They have implemented many system-based solutions in their workflows which are very effective to help our process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very good infrastructure and flexible to implement new procedures as per the existing conditions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

1. Process driven workflow rather than person dependent
2. Inform the customers if there is a change of CSM or key account holder is moved
3. Look at the bigger picture of customers KRA.
