They have always delivered on time and have been proactive to ensure nothing is late when our side (client) response was lacking.  When feedback was given on marketing changes, it was always spot on for version 2.  We never have to go back and forth on one item.  They listen and adapt to my needs and wants.  While also guiding if/when they believe it is not the best interest for the brand.

I’m the CEO of The Love Balloon, a website that offers online training and coaching to help people create better relationships. I’m based in the Netherlands but work internationally.

I needed help creating a presence in the US through online training.

What was the scope of their involvement?

A2A Optima provides social media marketing services for us. Their team is responsible for creating the strategy and executing it. A2A Optima focuses on three channels: YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and creates campaigns to connect with my specific method. The team learns about my business and its essence, proposes a plan, and executes it.

To sum it up, they do the planning, receive my approval, and then post on my channels. A2A Optima also responds to comments made on those channels. Occasionally, they have used AI as a resource for their work.

What is the team composition?

We work with a team of four people, including Atasi, the CEO, who oversees the project. Two other teammates do 80% of the work, including planning and making posts. If we need something specific, we can contact a bigger team.

How did you come to work with A2A Optima?

I found them through Google and other platforms. I had been searching for a service provider for half a year and tried a few platforms. I started working with another company three months ago, but they didn’t connect with me well, so I decided to change them.

During my search, I narrowed it down to 10 providers. I finally contacted A2A Optima. Atasi was very professional in her approach to the project. She was clear about what she could and couldn’t do, and I liked that she followed up on what she said.

My first assignment with A2A Optima was in May 2025. I asked them to create a brochure for my personal coaching business to see how creative they were. They did a very good job, so I decided to hire them for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend €500 per month, so around €1,500 by now.

We started working together on this project in June 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

When we started working together, I had 300 monthly views on Instagram. Now, I have 2,600 monthly views. A2A Optima's efforts have also revived my LinkedIn and YouTube profiles. In fact, one post on YouTube has more than 8,000 clicks. It has been amazing. Overall, they have been working well; it's been nice.

How did A2A Optima perform from a project management standpoint?

A2A Optima meets deadlines and stays on budget. The team uses Jira as a project management tool and has given a good overview of the project and goals at the beginning, giving the project a good head start. We communicate via WhatsApp 90% of the time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

A2A Optima is very professional and has outstanding creativity. Their team knows their business, customers, and what’s going on in the market.

No, the cooperation is good.

At the beginning of the project, Atasi and her team were going to take care of SEO ad PPC. She and her team dealt with on-page optimization and link-building. This quickly grew to cover other marketing channels

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Partnering with A2A Optima has been a game-changer for our business! Before teaming up, we struggled with visibility online, despite previous attempts with Facebook ads yielding minimal results. Not only did they propel hundreds of our keywords to the first page of search engine results, but they also managed to achieve a remarkable increase in our domain authority (DA) by a whopping 56. The surge in traffic of 270% was beyond our expectations! What sets them apart is their mastery in converting this increased traffic into tangible results. 

With their guidance, our subscription purchases skyrocketed, all achieved at an impressively low cost per conversion value. But it doesn't stop there – their strategic insights and innovative ideas have significantly expanded our business horizons, steering us toward growth opportunities we hadn't considered.
