Please describe your company and your position there.

We offer training courses in France and its overseas regions. Our training course cover anything from employment support for jobseekers needing to upskill, to digital marketing certificates for graduates and people who have training budgets to spend.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire 9SEVENS, and what were your goals?

We started by running courses through job centres but quickly realised we couldn’t rely solely on that lead stream. 9SEVENS helps with a strategy and the execution. They ran all our ads on social media and our Google ads too. We sold out on our spaces and had a 100+ waiting list for our courses. We planning to run another campaign with them in the next few weeks.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They ran social media and search ads for us ensuring the lead volume was adapted to our capacity.

They needed to fill up 4 cohorts of 20 students over 4 quarters. Each cohort ended up with waiting lists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They exceeded our target and we have hundreds on a waiting list. This means this year we’re tremendously growing our activities to cater to the demande they generated.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly reports and a monthly catch-up. They were available for any questions we had ans very helpful with any last minute changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How easy going they are. The team was extremely impressive in terms of their skills and humility.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they are so lovely but maybe they shouldn’t be as flexible and be more assertive in terms of what they think is best. I was well looked after but sometimes felt i could have made a mistake.
