For what projects/services did your company hire 99coders, and what were your goals?

I hired Atique from this team to update my Shopify website by adding a new product page. He was wonderful to work with and developed the page and performed all edits quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Atique and I intend to use him again.

How did you select 99coders and what were the deciding factors?

I searched for vendors and picked this team based on the projects and designs of other projects they developed and the cost was also a factor.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We communicated by email and I explained what I needed for the page and gave him the information to work with and he developed a few different variations for me to choose from. Once we agreed on the format, I gave him the graphics to upload to my site.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with Atique. He is a developer in the firm.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Once I was able to send people to the site to look at the new product, I have been contacted by numerous bloggers and other entities who are interested in the product.

I only dealt with Atique the developer. We communicated by email and the timelines were fairly quick.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

He had experience as a Shopify expert and I reviewed the other sites he built and selected them based upon their work and the cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, all went as expected. Everything was done to our specifications and satisfaction.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of BizLoyaltyIQ, a business loyalty app developer. It’s a dashboard where people can log in and create an app.

What challenge were you trying to address with 99coders?

We needed to free up time for our team and have someone help with the web design and development. We also use the WordPress theme builder Divi quite a bit and needed someone familiar with the tool.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had some ideas on color and website structure, so we sent over a really rough draft. We gave them an image to pull colors from and an example website for how we model our marketing for projects. 

99coders created Photoshop design elements and then designed and implemented the site on Divi. They also did the coding. We’ve done very little work after the fact. 

We’ve added some more content since, but it’s got a long way to go. We’ll probably engage with them again to build some of those other internal pages once we have that structure and content.
 
What is the team composition?

I communicate with Sam (CEO & Founder) on Facebook and another person.

How did you come to work with 99coders?

They were in a Facebook group that we look at what people are doing, ask questions, and provide feedback. They reached out to us after we had posed a question. We looked at their website and some of their design work. We’d been looking for someone to partner with and decided to give them an opportunity to prove themselves.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2020 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They know what they’re doing when it comes to WordPress. 99coders took what we had and matched it the way we needed in the initial phase. They work fast and deliver good quality.

How did 99coders perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t engage them through our project management system. Instead, we used Facebook or email to communicate. We let 99coders lead on that; we know how much of a pain it is to have clients pull you into their contact system. It was a test engagement anyway, so we weren’t ready to fully integrate them yet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

99coders gets things done quickly. They’re also willing to take criticism; it’s not an emotional thing for them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have a little bit of a language barrier.

I don’t have any advice.

NeuroTechX is the largest NeuroTech Community in the world. We are a nonprofit with the mission to advance the field of neurotechnology.

Wire hired 99coders to develop our website and maintain it over time. It's been 2 years now and we're happy with their service.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to develop a Wordpress website with some custom features from 0. We had the designs but no code.

They contact us after we closed a design competition on 99Designs

They built a Wordpress website from the designs we provided. Now they are maintaining it monthly and adding new features on an ongoing fashion.

What was the team composition?

On our side they have 1 point of contact (me) and on their side we've interacted with 2 people.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We now have a nice website with a popular Job Board (the biggest in Neurotechnology!).

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We work mainly through emails and G-Docs when more details need to be provided. Our workflow has been pretty efficient so far.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

99coders provides a reliable service. Good communication, good quality, good price, good speed of execution.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There's always room for improvement. The few times where we'd had issues wether on quality or price or delays, we were able to talk it through and find a compromise that works for both parties.

We are a fintech company offering unique tools for portfolio managers. I am the Chief Administrative Officer and am responsible for the daily operations of the business.

We hired 99coders to develop and maintain 2 websites for us, one for our product and one for our consulting side.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a site that was attractive and communicated well to our client base. So working with 99coders was very easy because they communicate daily and are very reliable in getting work done.

They came to us as a referral and were able to develop something very fast for us.

They have definitely met our expectations which is why we continue to work with them. They have a reliable, professional team and are always willing to work to help us achieve our goals.

They always met deadlines that we asked for,we used skype and email to communicate daily. I never experienced any issues with communication or response time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciate the fact that they understand that in this industry people can get busy and they always showed patience and persistence when attempting to get a project done.

I don't see any at this time.
