We engaged 5MS to redesign and optimize our Magento-based ecommerce store, which at the time was struggling with slow performance and frequent technical issues. Their scope included a full frontend refresh to improve user experience, backend optimization for performance, integration of key Magento extensions, and ongoing maintenance and support. They also handled server-side improvements and security updates to stabilize the platform.

Within the first 3–4 months after launch, we saw a noticeable improvement in performance. Page load times dropped by around 35%, and our conversion rate increased by approximately 20–25%. We also experienced far fewer technical issues, which reduced downtime and improved customer satisfaction. Bounce rates decreased, and checkout completion improved as well.
