On top of this came a great deal of development and customisations to ensure that our ecommerce store as well as our backend ERP held on magento are functioning smoothly and keeping up to date with the latest bug fixes and patches released by Magento

Successful migration was the main desired outcome which we achievesd. Furthermore, the ongoing development and advice we reeive to ensure that we are always up to date and not falling behind with the latest Magento developmemnts means that we can continue to sustainably grow

5MS built us a Magento site to allow us to make online sales via a live stock link to our main Accumatica ERP system, from there they have helped us maintain and improve it with new features to suit any emerging requirements we have, and regular version & security updates. 
Deliverables:

• Creation of a Magento Site that allows for live stock ordering from our Accumatica ERP portal.
• Linking up of all relevant database fields between the two systems - Customer records, order history, pricing etc. 
• Development of a Pre-order system to allow for sales of stocks before they arrive/have been ordered
• Implementing all regular Magento 2 updates for compliance with any PCI checks.

We now have many successful pre-order's through the online store representing significant turnover for the company. 

Vast majority of customer orders are placed through the online ordering portal 5MS designed for us.

5MS have always been responsive to requests for updates & any requested changes. For the most part email contact was sufficient for this, though occasionally when a matter was more urgent, calls to their office were generally handled well and callbacks, if needed, happened in a timely manner. 
In general Timelines that were set were more or less adhered to, any over-runs were in the area of a few days and due to mitigating factors, most work was carried out on or before time.

5MS have been great at communicating, especially compared to a lot of other tech companies I have worked with who are often hard to reach and even harder to get a straight answer out of. Overall I had no major issues over this timeframe, there were a few miss-steps in places that we needed to resolve but nothing overly forseable.
